Shenzhen Honeycomb Era Technology Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of shared power banks and e-bike battery swap cabinets, integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales. Our 10,000 m² Shenzhen facility runs the industry's first automated production line for shared power banks, with a monthly capacity of 1,000,000 power banks and 100,000 power bank sharing stations, while a 270,000 m² sheet-metal park in Xuzhou produces 2,000 e-bike battery swap cabinets per month. Our products use ternary NCM cells from ATL, EVE Energy and Ganfeng Lithium, and hold CCC, CE and FCC certification. Leveraging a “full-industry-chain digital intelligent manufacturing” system, our factory independently operates a core workshop cluster covering the entire process—from precision mold machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication to electrophoretic coating and spray painting, and further to wire harness processing, SMT processing, UV screen printing, as well as a Pack workshop and battery swap cabinet assembly. Through the in-depth application of digital systems such as MES and ERP, we have achieved full-process data integration from raw materials to finished products, intelligent production scheduling, and quality traceability. With truly one-stop vertical integration and flexible, efficient delivery capabilities, we ensure the high consistency and high reliability of products such as battery swap cabinets.

Power Bank and Cabinet Assembly Workshop
Equipped with the industry's first automated assembly line for shared power banks, with a daily capacity of approximately 20,000 power banks; cabinet daily capacity is approximately 10,000 units. Through incoming material inspection, in-line testing, aging/burn-in testing, and finished-product sampling inspection, product consistency and reliability are ensured.
Sheet Metal Workshop
The sheet metal workshop has introduced advanced laser cutting and precision CNC bending equipment. With craftsmanship, it ensures stable precision, reliable strength, and a smooth, consistent appearance for structural parts.
Battery Swap Cabinet Assembly Workshop
Relying on modular integration and full-function joint commissioning, the complete unit undergoes rigorous aging testing to create an industrial-grade, stable, and reliable smart battery swap cabinet.
Injection Molding Workshop
Equipped with all-electric high-speed injection molding machines, a central material feeding system, and robotic arms, it achieves high-precision injection molding in a clean environment, ensuring high consistency and reliability of components from the source.
