Model FW-CZ-01 | 12 charging circuits | QR code + NFC card | IP55 | Cloud-managed | OEM/ODM private label

Product Overview
The wall-mounted e-bike charging station is a 12-port safety charging unit for the two-wheelers that residents, employees and visitors charge every day. Users start and stop a session by scanning a QR code or by tapping an NFC card, plug in their own charger, and the station cuts the supply automatically once the battery is full or the balance runs out. Twelve independent circuits mean one unit covers a whole bike shelter bay, with no attendant involved.
The deployment philosophy is deliberately incremental. Instead of replanning a site's distribution board, the station connects to the socket circuit that is already there: mount it on the wall, or fit a pole bracket and stand it on the ground. That 'small investment, wide coverage' route is what makes it viable in older residential compounds and industrial parks where parking is scattered, electrical capacity is limited, and the real problem is residents running cables out of upper-floor windows.
Each of the twelve circuits starts, stops, bills and protects independently, and the cloud dashboard reports device online status, charging orders and revenue so that a property manager, a contractor and an investor can each see their own share. Honeycomb Era manufactures the station and supplies it as stock or as an OEM/ODM build, including body silk-screening, the payment page and mini-program or app branding.

Key Features
- QR code and NFC card, side by side — scan-to-charge and tap-to-charge work on the same account and the same billing rules, so older residents and users who do not use QR payments can still charge. That avoids the most common cause of an idle charging point in an older compound.
- 12 circuits in one unit — twelve independent charging points serve twelve e-bikes at once, covering a shelter bay and cutting the number of installation points and the amount of wiring a site needs.
- Automatic cut-off — the supply stops when the battery is full and when the balance is exhausted, which removes the need for an attendant and reduces both overcharge risk and the property's staffing cost.
- No large-scale wiring work — wall or pole mounting with a connection to the nearest existing socket circuit. Low installation cost and a short commissioning cycle.
- ABS flame-retardant housing, IP55 — dust and splash protected for bike shelters and semi-outdoor or outdoor use, confirmed against the selected model.
- Independent fuse — a dedicated protective device on the equipment side isolates a fault before it reaches the upstream circuit.
- Cloud management — remote monitoring of online status and charging orders, exportable revenue reports, remote upgrades and fault diagnosis.
- Flexible billing — by duration, by energy or per session, with rates and caps configured in the dashboard and remote top-up for users.
- Wide vehicle compatibility — small, medium and large e-bikes and e-motorcycles, with three-wheeled electric vehicles also supported.
- Stock plus OEM/ODM — body silk-screening, colour, payment page and own-brand mini-program or app, with independent software deployment available.

FAQ
- What should a residential compound look for in an e-bike charging station?
- Four things. First, safety: automatic cut-off when full, overcharge protection and a flame-retardant housing. Second, payment coverage: both QR code and NFC card, so residents who are not comfortable with phone payments can still charge. Third, outdoor protection: most bike shelters are semi-outdoor environments. Fourth, management: whether the dashboard can monitor devices remotely and report revenue. This wall-mounted station covers all four and is intended for centralised property management.
- Can QR code and card charging be used at the same time?
- Yes, both modes coexist. A user can scan a QR code or tap an NFC card; both map to the same account and billing rules and reconcile in one dashboard. Card charging is particularly useful in older compounds and among older users, and prevents charging points from sitting idle because people cannot use the payment method.
- Does installation require rewiring the building?
- No large-scale rewiring. The station connects to the existing socket circuit in the bike shelter and is mounted on a wall or a pole bracket, so the cabling does not need to be replanned — that is the 'small investment, wide coverage' approach. Where capacity is limited or parking is scattered, we assess the points and circuits first and then propose an installation plan; the final wiring and capacity follow the site survey.
- How is overcharging and fire risk managed?
- The station provides automatic cut-off when the battery is full, automatic cut-off when the balance is exhausted, overcharge protection and an independent fuse, and the housing is flame retardant, which lowers the risk of an unattended session. The cloud dashboard also monitors device and fault status remotely. Charging safety also depends on site conditions, so we recommend a dedicated circuit, a rain shelter and fire extinguishers in line with local fire and electrical regulations.
- How are billing and revenue settlement handled?
- Billing can be set by duration, by energy or per session, with rates, caps and discount rules configured in the cloud dashboard, and users can top up remotely. Revenue reports can be broken down by charging point or by operator, which makes it straightforward to split income between the property, the contractor and the investor.
- Can it be used outdoors in the rain?
- Yes. The station is rated IP55 for dust and splash protection and suits semi-outdoor and outdoor locations such as compound bike shelters and industrial park shelters. When installing, avoid positions with standing water or direct rain exposure and seal the cable terminations; the exact protection rating and installation rules follow the selected model and site conditions.
- Which e-bikes are compatible?
- Small, medium and large e-bikes and e-motorcycles, with three-wheeled electric vehicles also supported. Users charge with their own charger plugged into the station socket. The station is designed for everyday slow charging of two- and three-wheelers and does not involve battery removal or swapping.
- How many vehicles can one station charge at once?
- The FW-CZ-01 wall-mounted model has 12 circuits, so it can charge 12 e-bikes simultaneously. Each circuit is an independent charging point with its own start/stop, billing and cut-off protection, which means one unit covers the everyday demand of a shelter bay. If a site has more vehicles or scattered parking, several units can be deployed in parallel or grouped by area, managed and revenue-split centrally. The number of points and the distribution design are determined after assessing the parking count and available capacity.
- What is the model number, and can it be changed to ours?
- The standard model is FW-CZ-01. The nameplate, body silk-screening and appearance markings can all be changed to your own model designation as part of a full OEM/ODM build, alongside logo silk-screening, the payment page and mini-program or app branding. If you already run a model numbering system, send us the model and the artwork files with your order.
- Can I order a private-label version, and what are the MOQ and lead time?
- Yes — body colour and logo silk-screening, model nameplate, payment page, mini-program or app branding, and billing and revenue-split rules are all customizable, with independent software deployment for own-brand operations (7-day delivery). Units are supplied from stock; property managers, charging operators and channel partners are welcome. MOQ and lead time are confirmed with sales, with first-article samples in 15 days and mass production in 45 days.
