Product Overview

The lactation pod MR3.0 is a self-contained baby care facility for public buildings. It is built as a steel-frame cabin measuring 2,000 x 1,560 x 2,300 mm outside and 1,800 x 1,500 x 2,000 mm inside, with E0-grade pre-finished wood-grain panels achieving a B1 fire rating, a pearl-white exterior finish, a wood-grain soft rubber floor, and castor wheels with locking anchor posts at the base. There is no construction work: set it down, connect the 220 V power lead, and it is in service. When the layout has to change, it rolls to the new position.

Inside, the layout follows a nursing, changing and cleaning sequence. A nursing armchair with an 800 mm seat width sits alongside a foldable baby changing station and a baby safety seat, both moulded in HDPE with safety buckles. A storage side cabinet with an integrated odour-sealed waste bin, a 10 L sensor-activated mobile hand-wash sink, a no-rinse sanitiser dispenser, a wall-mounted tissue box, a full-length mirror, foldable hooks and a small storage stool complete the fit-out, so a parent can nurse, change a nappy and clean up in a space that would otherwise offer none of those facilities.

The environment controls are automatic. An infrared sensor switches on the recessed LED warm-white strip and starts ventilation when someone enters. Two independent ventilation systems are fitted — a ceiling fan unit with high and low speeds, dual oscillating louvres, an integrated light and a temperature display, plus a dual-impeller circulation ventilator. When the door is locked, the external "occupied / vacant" display switches in step, so nobody opens the door on an occupied room.

The sink matters as much as the cabin. In many public buildings the obstacle to a nursing room is not space but water: there is no drain and no supply near the intended location. Because the MR3.0 carries its own 10 L fresh-water and waste-water tanks and uses sensor-activated flow, a cleaning point can be installed where no plumbing exists — the tanks are simply topped up and emptied on a maintenance round. • Electrical safety — the main control box includes earth-leakage, short-circuit and earth-fault protection, powered from an external 220 V three-pin socket. Three multi-function sockets are fitted inside (one ten-hole primary and two backups).
• Manufacturer-level customization — exterior colour, acrylic logo disc and internal configuration can all be adapted, with whole-unit wholesale and OEM/ODM supply.

What are the dimensions of the MR3.0?

Does it need construction work? How is it installed and powered?

No construction work. The cabin is prefabricated and can ship fully assembled, unloaded on site with a forklift, unpacked and connected to a 220 V three-pin socket. Where a doorway is too low for the assembled unit, it ships in components and the factory supplies drawings and tools for a four-person on-site assembly.

How does the sink work without a water supply or drain?

The MR3.0 includes a mobile hand-wash sink with sensor-activated electric water flow and its own 10 L fresh-water and waste-water tanks. Routine maintenance is simply topping up and emptying, so a cleaning point can be provided at locations with no water supply at all.

Can it be installed outdoors?

The MR3.0 is specified for indoor use and is not suitable for fully exposed outdoor sites. For outdoor locations we recommend a rain canopy or a sheltered position; confirm the arrangement with sales.

What are the lead time and warranty?

Normal lead time is approximately 14 days, depending on the final configuration and current plant capacity. The product carries a 12-month warranty. Special configurations and custom exterior colours should be confirmed for feasibility and cost with your factory contact.

Can the exterior and the logo be customized?

Yes. Exterior colour and the acrylic logo disc can be produced to your artwork, and the internal configuration can be adjusted to the project budget. As the manufacturer we supply the unit both as whole-unit wholesale and as an OEM/ODM build.
